I feel lucky for reading The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. I thought it was a powerful story about love that transcended time.

ReplyDeleteGosh, I read so many books of all kinds that I really don't consider any of them my lucky read. I just feel lucky and grateful that I can read period and that I can read whatever I want without fear. Many people can't say the same.

ReplyDeleteI feel lucky to have read Susan Cooper's The Dark is Rising (and all of her other books). It got me into the fantasy genre in middle school. 15 or so years later, and I can still remember the poem in the book... "When the dark comes rising, six shall turn it back. Three from the circle, three from the track. [...]" Loved it :D
